SMARTtopPROJECT: The SMART Triangle of Hope

Aim:

To develop capacity for community level operational skills to over reach similar skills beyond their immediate environment.

Project Owner: Biotech tropicana Systems.

The project is developed in three phases.

PHASE 1: EXPLORATORY

The exploratory phase will collect data for the design of a community to community data exchange platform capacity model

PHASE 2: DEVELOPMENT

Phase 2 will use the phase 1 model to develop a capacity platform for community to community communications.

PHASE 3: IMPLEMENTATION

Phase 3 will implement the capacities developed at phase 2.
