Aim:

To develop development capacity for human colonization of the deserts.

The project is developed in three phases.

PHASE 1: EXPLORATORY

The exploratory phase will collect data for the design of desert colonization capacity model

PHASE 2: DEVELOPMENT

Phase 2 will use the phase 1 model to develop a capacity platform for human colonization of the deserts.

PHASE 3: IMPLEMENTATION

Phase 3 will implement the capacities developed at phase 2.
