As part of its global expansion plan, the Biotech tropicana Systems planned the city of Tuskegee Alabama, USA site as an experimental "simulation site". All model sytems technologies exported by the Biotech tropicana Systems from the United States, to the developing world, will be "test simulated" for functionality, in the Tuskegee, Alablama site before their actual implementation, in the resource-poor settings.
By order of the founders, the incorporation of the Tuskegee site SHALL be moved to priority list of activities of the Biotech tropicana Systems.

b) b) Pilot
study teams, in Benin Republic, are restructured. Cotonou site (001_04), and
Malanville site (001_02) upgraded to phase 1_2. An additional site (001_07) in
the administrative departments of Mono and Couffo is in prospect. The
other sites in Benin Republic are suspended. Members of the suspended teams may
participate in meetings, and training programs, during phase_1_2. The member of
the suspended teams that demonstrate their ability to meet the standards,may be considered, in the post pilot,
implementation phase.
